ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME

There are three categories of nominees eligible:

1. An athlete’s class must have graduated at least five years prior to selection.
2. A coach or athletic administrator must have served on the FHS staff at least ten years.
3. An honorary nominee must have made significant voluntary contributions for the betterment of the FHS athletic program.

Suggested Criteria:

• Level of Competition
• Leadership
• Impact on Athletic Program
• All-Starr Record Holder
• Postgraduate Image

DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI HALL OF FAME

There are three categories of nominees eligible:

1. The nominees have been graduates of Fairview High School at least nine years prior to selection;
2. They have demonstrated success in their chosen fields and have made notable contributions to the community at large.
3. They have demonstrated a positive image in their workplace, family and communities.

Suggested Criteria:

• Leadership
• Significant Contribution
• Positive Image
• Achievements

DISTINGUISHED FACULTY AND STAFF HALL OF FAME

There are three categories of nominees eligible:

1. The nominees have served a minimum of ten years on the Fairview faculty or staff and have been retired for at least three years.
2. They have demonstrated success in their chosen fields and have made notable contributions to the education of students in the Fairview Park Schools.
3. They have demonstrated a positive image in their workplace, family, and communities.

Please note that faculty and staff encompasses all employees of the Fairview Park Schools.
